On Saturday, May 21 at 2 pm, learn how to get freedom from flawed food choices and other forms of coping during a wellness workshop hosted by award-winning nutritionist and media personality Dr. Rovenia M. Brock, also known as Dr. Ro. Come out and sample smoothies that attack belly fat, boost energy, and stabilize blood sugar levels.  Also, Dr. Ro’s Bell Ring’n Spinach Salad will be served. Following a Q&A, Dr. Ro will sign purchased copies of her book, “Lose Your Final 15.”
