Rev. Adams is currently the Firestone Endowment Chaplain and an instructor of Religious Studies and Philosophy at The Hill School in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Khristi also works as co-director of Diversity and Inclusion at the Hill School.

After graduating from Temple, Rev. Adams worked at a Youth Specialist for First Baptist Community Development Corporation for two years prior to attending seminary.  After graduating from Seminary, Rev. Adams served as Director of Youth Ministries for 3.5 years before accepting a position as Associate Campus Pastor for Preaching & Spiritual Programming at Azusa Pacific University in Southern California.

Rev. Adams has also worked as Protestant Chaplain at Georgetown University, a Pastoral Counselor at Christian Wellness Center and Program Administrator for the Center for Black Church Studies at Princeton Theological Seminary.

Rev. Adams was ordained at First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens. Rev. Adams is a resident of Pottstown, PA and East Brunswick, NJ.

Currently, Erica is a Director of Merchandise Planning at Macy’s Inc. After graduation, Erica launched her career at Macy’s Inc as an executive development trainee. During her 14 years at Macy’s, Erica has had held several positions in both merchant buying and merchandise planning. She currently leads a team responsible for developing and executing customer-centric strategies that maximize sales and profitability across both store and online retail channels. Erica has extensive experience in assortment planning, financial planning, sales forecasting, data analysis, and negotiation. She has received numerous awards and recognition for her leadership and business results.

In addition to her job as merchandise planner, Erica has served as the leader of the Black Employee Resource Group, teacher of “The Workshop @Macy’s” Retail Math 101 course for minority and women-owned merchandise suppliers and subject matter expert for corporate restructuring and initiatives.

Erica currently serves as President of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of the National Alumnae Association of Spelman College and internship advisor for the Black Retail Action Group.

A passionate public speaker and teacher, Lawrence has sought to share his knowledge and expertise in entrepreneurship, business, technology, and personal development at events, conferences, and convenings held both locally and nationally.

Lawrence is a former board member of Lead NJ and NJ Public Policy Research Institute (NJPPRI). Within his local community, Lawrence volunteers as a Little League baseball coach.

Andrea is presently the Associate Director, Human Resources for Princeton Plasma Physics Lab at Princeton University. A seasoned HR practitioner, Andrea began her career at the State of New Jersey, Department of Higher Education, as a Program Officer for the Educational Opportunity Program (EOF).  Andrea held HR roles at Prudential prior to her tenure at Princeton University.

She is experienced in working with executives, senior leaders and managers to drive HR processes and programs, including new talent integration, employee development, inclusion and diversity, employee relations, succession planning, performance management, compensation planning, employee engagement, and policy administration.

She holds certifications from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Dimension Development International (DDI) as a facilitator, and Cornell University, School of Labor Relations, Equal Employment Opportunity Studies. Andrea serves on the board of directors for a non-profit and is an active, life-long member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Prior to this position, Ms. Williamson worked for over 20 years as a system engineer in the optical networking field at AT&T, Telcordia Technologies, and Lucent Technologies. She was also an adjunct professor at Bloomfield College.

In addition to serving at First Baptist Church, Patricia currently serves as a Mentor at the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth & Middlesex Counties; Second Vice President, Central Jersey Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority; NJ State Social Action Coordinator of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority; external Social Action representative of over 1500 members in 17 NJ chapters; Member, NJ Black Issues Convention Board of Directors; and Member, League of Women Voters NJ Board of Directors.
