Youth Church & God’s Garden

Safe Space

Alzheimer’s & Your Health
Thursday, October 17th from 9am – 12pm, FBCLG’s Senior & Veterans Ministry, In collaboration with the Alzheimer's Association and Mid State Black Nurses are hosting a discussion on Alzheimer’s. The session will cover "Warning Signs of Alzheimer's" and offer "Healthy Tips for Your Brain.
Strengthening Roots
Join us for "Strengthening Roots," a peer-led support group for parents, guardians, and caregivers of school-aged children on Saturday Oct. 19th from 11:30am – 12:30pm. This sacred space empowers participants to share experiences and develop new strategies in a supportive and loving community. Missions Coat Drive
Join us for the Missionary Coat Drive, aimed at collecting new and gently used coats for elementary through high school students. Survivors Sanctuary
We are proud to offer "Survivors Sanctuary," a sacred space for survivors of domestic abuse. Starting November 4th this peer-led support group meets virtually once a month on Mondays from 7 PM to 8 PM. Click the graphic to register.
