Our Core Values

.

Worship
Worship is our foremost value.  It is the adoration of God through a lifestyle of reading and hearing the Word of God, singing praises to God, and talking and listening to God through prayer.

Discipleship
In obedience to God’s Word, we are dedicated to making disciples.  The word disciple means learner—one who studies and accepts the teachings of Christ.  Discipleship is evident first in belief and then in our actions.

Pastoral Care
Pastoral Care provides comfort, support, counsel and resources during times of physical, emotional, or spiritual need.  We seek to reflect the compassion of Christ through life’s transitions of sorrow and joy.

Stewardship
Stewardship is the act of being faithful and wise managers of the resources God entrusts to us.  As members, we are encouraged to manage our resources and talents in a manner that is consistent with God’s plan as revealed in God’s Word.

Fellowship
Fellowship is devotion and commitment to a covenant relationship of love, support and accountability between and among the people of God.
